Uwadiale is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Raedial Holdings Limited, a company with several subsidiaries such as Raedial Farms, The Magnificent Multi-Services Limited, Raedial Energy, Raedial Livestock, Raedial Foods to name a few where he provides services that cut across the agriculture, real estate, energy, and hospitality sectors. With his international exposure and experiences across over 20 countries, abackground of operations leadership and technology decision-making, Uwadiale championed several foreign investments and partnerships such as the collaboration with Compagnie Fruitiere, a French company that markets more than 900,000 tons of fruits and vegetables across the European markets as well as the major fruit producer in the African-Caribbean-Pacific region. He equally brokered a partnership with ADMI, an African creative media and technology training institute based in Kenya, to name a few. He holds an MSC in Oil and Gas Engineering from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, where he majored in Advance Subsea Engineering and Drilling Technology; and he had previously earned a BSc. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Benin.
